To provide a functional and synchronized commission ledger, we collect the following types of information:

• Account Identification: When you register and sign in through Google OAuth, we collect your email address, Google account profile name, and profile photo URL to create and identify your secure user account.
• Transaction & Ledger Records: To compute splits, goals, and tax reserves, we store transaction details that you manually input, including property addresses, sale prices, commission rates, brokerage splits, referral fees, expenses, closing dates, deal status, and client/party names.
• App Settings & Preferences: We save your customizable profile rules, such as split ratios, anniversary reset dates, brokerage cap targets, estimated tax rate percentages, and dashboard panel ordering preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely for the purpose of operating and improving your commission tracker:

• To secure and authenticate your access to your private dashboard ledger.
• To perform financial calculations (splits, commissions, YoY analytics, tax withholding estimates).
• To sync your ledger data across multiple devices where you log in.
• No Commercial Sale: We do not sell, trade, rent, or lease your personal profile or transaction datasets to any third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or brokerages.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your ledger entries are stored in a dedicated, secure relational database backend managed using secure cloud database hosting. We implement standard physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or database storage can be guaranteed 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. Third-Party Services

Our ledger relies on reputable third-party infrastructure providers to run:

• Cloud Database Provider: For secure database hosting, session state, and database storage.
• Google Identity Services (OAuth): To verify your identity and enable passwordless authentication without storing your password on our servers.

5. User Rights & Data Control

We believe you should have complete control over your business data:

• Modify & Delete: You can edit or permanently delete individual transaction entries at any time directly through the Transaction Logs panel.
• Data Portability: You can export your entire ledger to a portable CSV spreadsheet at any time using the "Export CSV" action button.
• Account Deletion: If you wish to purge your account and delete all data permanently, you may contact support.
